About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare balance sheets, profit-and-loss accounts, and annual reports in line with Dutch GAAP or IFRS standards.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping, monitor transactions, and manage payment processes while ensuring timely filings and registrations with relevant authorities (Chamber of Commerce, Tax Authorities, Dutch Central Bank).
Keep client entity records up to date and ensure compliance with local and international legislation.
Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, including advisors and authorities.
Contribute to our reputation as a proactive provider of trust and corporate services.
Act as a gatekeeper to safeguard the financial system and ensure compliance with WFT (“Wet Financieel Toezicht”) regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Dutch is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in the trust sector, financial services, or accounting firms.
Strong financial knowledge of accounting systems, bookkeeping, balance sheets, and financial reporting.
An organized and structured approach to work.
Experience in client service delivery.
A team player with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
