About the role

  • Execute the strategic sales plans and initiatives developed by the VP of Sales.
  • Directly lead and manage Account Managers (AMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
  • Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management.
  • Ensure AM and RSM teams consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
  • Identify, refine, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Services and Product teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience; SaaS or technology sales preferred.
  • Proven track record of leading AM/RSM teams to exceed quota.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline forecasting and sales reporting. NetSuite knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and change-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive operational rigor.
