About the role
- Execute the strategic sales plans and initiatives developed by the VP of Sales.
- Directly lead and manage Account Managers (AMs) and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
- Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management.
- Ensure AM and RSM teams consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Identify, refine, and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Services and Product teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales leadership experience; SaaS or technology sales preferred.
- Proven track record of leading AM/RSM teams to exceed quota.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in pipeline forecasting and sales reporting. NetSuite knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and change-management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive operational rigor.
