About the role

  • Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business and technical requirements.
  • Analyze and interpret technical and business specifications.
  • Develop functional and technical specifications, system design documents, and user stories.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist project managers with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, developers, and other technical teams.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business process models, workflows, technical specifications, and system manuals.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Experience with data analysis, technical requirements gathering, and solution design.
  • Proven track record in managing and delivering IT projects.
  • Proficiency in Excel, and data analysis tools.
  • Experience with project management software (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and database management.
  • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner) is preferred.
  • Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting.
  • Experience in Identity and Access solutions (e.g., Ping Identity, SailPoint, Entra).
