About the role
- Respond to inbound leads quickly and professionally (target: within 15 minutes)
- Qualify prospects based on business needs, timing, and fit
- Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Ensure all meetings meet defined qualification standards
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via:
- Cold calling
- Email campaigns
- LinkedIn and other channels
- Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts
- Schedule and confirm qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospects not yet ready to engage
- Re-engage dormant or aged leads
- Develop thoughtful follow-up strategies to convert interest into meetings
- Accurately log all activity in Salesforce
- Maintain clean and up-to-date lead & prospect records
- Track engagement, progress, and outcomes for all leads
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of meetings/opportunities
Requirements
- 0–3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and phone-based prospecting
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus
