About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the FAA Accountable Manager for South Korea, ensuring full compliance with 14 CFR Part 145 and applicable local aviation authorities.
Oversee all maintenance operations across CSafe-owned and third-party repair stations.
Ensure timely return-to-service of containers while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.
Build and lead high-performing teams, including hiring, development, succession planning, and performance management.
Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies to enhance service levels and operational efficiency.
Conduct Supplier Readiness Assessments (SRA) and evaluate supplier capabilities against demand.
Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of leadership experience managing teams.
5+ years in maintenance or manufacturing operations (aviation preferred).
3+ years managing third-party partners or suppliers.
Prior experience as an FAA Accountable Manager strongly preferred.
Experience in regulated industries (FAA or equivalent) is a plus.
Fluency in English required; Korean proficiency preferred.
