Key responsibilities & impact

This role works directly with stakeholders to define, document, and drive business requirements for technology and process changes.
Own business requirements analysis and definition/documentation, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and managing requirements through the product lifecycle, including UAT testing support.
Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.
Apply knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years business systems analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience or BSA Certification
Knowledge of insurance business (e.g., Personal Lines, Commercial Auto and Claims, Operations)
Proficient knowledge and experience using diagramming techniques tools (e.g., UML, Visio, Lucidchart, draw.io, iGrafx, Miro Guidewire, Pricing tools)
Knowledge of structure testing methodology, project lifecycle methodologies, SDLC and project management practices.
User level knowledge of all systems utilized by division/team
Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
Must be fluent in English.
