Perform data analysis and reporting tasks, including extracting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions
Contribute to reports and dashboards to supervise project progress and performance metrics
Support the translation of business requirements into technical requirements, with mentorship from senior analysts
Assist in maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal team members and external customers

Requirements

Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering
Rising juniors and seniors ideally graduating within 1-2 semesters
Practical knowledge in IT applications and platforms
Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies
Ability to analyze and interpret data to support business decisions
Experience with data extraction and analysis using SQL, and data visualization techniques
Practical knowledge in crafting and maintaining clear, concise, and comprehensive technical documentation
Ability to review and provide feedback on documentation developed by others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to explain sophisticated technical concepts in simple terms
Must have authorization to work indefinitely in the US.
