About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- 项目执行与管理:依据相关产品标准、质量控制流程及内部工作规程，独立或主导完成电池储能产品的测试与认证项目
- 技术能力提升:积极参与行业标准技术委员会，保持技术前瞻性
- 内部技术支持:为内部团队提供及时、准确、清晰的技术问题解答
- 市场与销售协同:为销售及市场部门提供专业技术支持
- 质量审核与报告编制:编写项目技术报告和内部控制报告
Requirements
What you’ll need- 学历:本科及以上
- 工作年限: 5-10 年
- 具备北美市场电子电气产品及电池类产品的测试与认证经验，或新能源领域电池产品的研发/测试经验
- 熟悉以下一项或多项电池安全标准
- 优秀的客户管理及项目管理能力，能独立制定计划并推动项目按时交付
- 具备团队合作精神，善于跨部门协作
- 良好的英语听说读写能力（CET-6或同等水平优先）
- 能够适应较高频率的商务出差
