About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Reconcile daily settlement bank movements to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Design and implement automated systems and processes to enhance Treasury operations
- Collaborate closely with product and finance teams to optimize and streamline funding processes
- Integrate risk management and control processes into daily responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risks, escalating issues as necessary
- Manage regional positions, including daily safeguarding, rebalancing, short-term funding strategies, and foreign exchange execution
- Ensure compliance with different safeguarding requirements
- Assist in audit and compliance reviews
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent
- 3+ years of Treasury experience within the financial services industry, particularly in regulated environments
- Experience with Tableau and SQL (or equivalent)
- Strong Excel skills
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Strong work ethic and ability to be productive and successful in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify issues and propose solutions to complex or non-standard situations
