About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own end-to-end B2B client onboarding, from initial engagement and contract execution through technical integration, operational readiness, and go-live.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for institutional clients, including brokers, FCMs, introducing brokers, and other market participants.
- Coordinate contract listing, account setup, credentialing, and related operational processes with legal, compliance, product, and technology.
- Identify onboarding bottlenecks, design pragmatic solutions, and drive execution through implementation.
- Develop and maintain operational playbooks, process documentation, SLAs, escalation paths, and client readiness materials.
- Track and report onboarding pipeline status, client health, operational risks, and KPIs to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Represent OG.com in client-facing discussions, navigate negotiations, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships.
- Lead cross-functional special projects, translating business objectives into project plans, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in business operations, client onboarding, implementation, or strategic operations.
- Experience in fintech is required; crypto or digital assets experience is welcome.
- Direct exposure to institutional clients is required.
- Experience with CFTC-regulated entities is highly valued.
- Experience at a top-tier management consultancy is a plus.
- Implementation consulting or enterprise client launch experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of prediction market contracts, UpDown options, Strike Options, margined derivatives, perpetuals, or similar products is a plus.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional alignment skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, systems-oriented, and root-cause analysis abilities.
- Strong project management discipline, including milestone tracking, risk identification, blocker escalation, and follow-through.
- Sound business judgment and strategic pushback skills.
- Agentic workflow management experience is a plus.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, lean environment.
- Chicago-based or able to work a hybrid schedule with regular presence in the Chicago office.
