Associate, Digital Asset Operations

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage end-to-end operational workflows for new digital asset integrations
- Oversee and execute platform updates for critical asset events
- Act as the primary operational point of contact for external project teams
- Collaborate daily with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, and Customer Support
- Coordinate internally for joint promotional campaigns and ecosystem growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate documentation and operational trackers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a closely related discipline
- 1+ year of professional experience in TradFi
- Deep sense of ownership and urgency
- Uncompromising ethics
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
