About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Senior Creative Designer for Growth, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact visual strategies that drive user engagement and platform adoption for OG.com.
Rapidly ideate, design, and produce premium paid and social content for X, Instagram/Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok.
Use advanced AI tools to streamline creative ideation, asset generation, and production lifecycles.
Partner with the Growth and Creative teams to analyze asset performance, turning data insights into fresh, optimized creative iterations.
Spearhead the execution of premium paid and social content for US and EU markets.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in a fast-paced in-house creative growth team or a modern, high-output digital environment.
A portfolio that demonstrates performance creative (ads, social, hooks) over pure conceptual branding.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Full-Cycle Autonomy (Ideation + Execution): You are an all-rounded creative who is equally strong at high-level concept ideation and hands-on, technical execution.
Proven experience working comfortably in a high-velocity, performance-driven environment.
