About the role
- Coordinate the localization of UI, Marketing, and Help Center content across 30+ languages.
- Manage timelines and hand-offs in our TMS.
- Apply best practices in prompting to ensure AI-generated content receives the correct context.
- Spot-check LLM outputs for obvious hallucinations or tone inconsistencies.
- Provide structured feedback to the Localization Manager on AI tools performance.
- Maintain central glossaries for terminology accuracy.
- Manage LQA process for app bugs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in Localization Project Management.
- Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs in localization.
- Ability to write clear instructions (prompts).
- Experienced with tools like Crowdin, Lokalise, or Smartling.
- Highly organized with managing files, Jira tickets, and invoices.
