About the role

  • Coordinate the localization of UI, Marketing, and Help Center content across 30+ languages.
  • Manage timelines and hand-offs in our TMS.
  • Apply best practices in prompting for AI-generated content.
  • Act as the first line of defense by spot-checking LLM outputs.
  • Provide structured feedback to the Localization Manager.
  • Maintain central glossaries for accurate terminology.
  • Manage the LQA process to trace app bugs back to the source.
  • Support onboarding of vendors for new workflows.
  • Work with Product Managers to clarify ambiguous English strings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in Localization Project Management.
  • Familiar with Generative AI and LLMs in localization.
  • Ability to write clear, structured instructions (prompts).
  • Familiarity with tools like Crowdin, Lokalise, or Smartling.
  • Highly organized and can manage file versions, Jira tickets, and invoices without losing track of details.
