About the role
- Coordinate the localization of UI, Marketing, and Help Center content across 30+ languages
- Manage timelines and hand-offs in TMS
- Apply best practices in prompting for AI-generated content
- Spot-check LLM outputs for hallucinations or tone inconsistencies
- Provide feedback on AI tool performance
- Maintain central glossaries
- Manage the LQA process
- Support vendors onboarding to new workflows
- Work with Product Managers to clarify ambiguous English strings
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in Localization Project Management
- Familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs
- Ability to write structured prompts
- TMS Proficiency with tools like Crowdin, Lokalise, Smartling
- Highly organized to manage file versions and tickets
