About the role

  • Handle client account requests, reporting, and data integrity checks.
  • Build Salesforce reports, Tableau dashboards, and process automations.
  • Conduct regular Salesforce data integrity checks.
  • Maintain trackers and operational records.
  • Prepare and distribute recurring institutional reports.
  • Build and maintain Salesforce reports/dashboards to track client trading performance.
  • Support Tableau dashboard development for client activity.
  • Monitor and analyze client trading volumes and account performance.
  • Deliver ad-hoc reporting and insights to sales and account managers.
  • Maintain and optimize Slack workflows and other automation tools.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose solutions for automation.
  • Document updated processes and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Partner with account managers, compliance, data, and finance teams.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or sales support (fintech/finance background preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills, with ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Salesforce reporting required.
  • Familiarity with Tableau (or other BI tools) strongly preferred.
  • Interest or experience with workflow automation (Slack workflows, macros, scripts).
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
