About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own post-onboarding success for strategic and high-ARR customers (£40k+ ARR)
Serve as the primary technical and operational advisor post go-live
Build deep relationships with finance, operations, and executive stakeholders
Lead health checks, business reviews, and success planning sessions
Map complex fund flows and ensure Cryptio remains the central source of financial truth
Advise on advanced crypto use cases (stablecoins, custody, DeFi, token operations, treasury)
Partner with Account Managers to identify expansion, upsell, and new use cases
Act as an escalation point for complex customer and technical challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, or similar roles
Brings strong expertise in accounting, financial operations, and reporting
Has experience managing enterprise or high-ARR customers
Understands crypto ecosystems and institutional digital asset workflows
Is comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and complex system architectures
Communicates confidently with technical teams and senior stakeholders
Takes a consultative, advisory approach and thrives in multi-stakeholder environments
