• Generate new business leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and face to face meetings.
• Utilize strong interpersonal skills when negotiating contracts and/or bids and building long-term relationships with potential external partners and/or customers.
• Participate with other directors/senior directors and/or the Vice President of Sales, Americas to establish strategic plans and objectives in the Southwest region of the US.
• Call on prospective accounts, provide technical and administrative product information, coordinate presentations, and support proposal generation.
• Travel in the range of 30 - 60%.

• Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives
• Own global revenue targets, forecasting, and pipeline health
• Establish scalable sales processes from lead qualification through contract close
• Develop pricing and commercial models for enterprise and mid-market customers
• Lead market entry and expansion strategies, particularly in the US market
• Identify priority verticals (pharma, biotech, CDMO/CRO, Animal Health, IVF, healthcare logistics)
• Build strategic partnerships and channel relationships where applicable
• Build, hire, and mentor a global sales team (BD, AE, regional leads)

Global Head of Sales

• Drive sales and customer acquisition in the US region
• Handle quote preparation, cold calling, demos, customer visits, and trade show participation
• Develop sales, support marketing, and ensure quality management
• Establish a brand new territory for Tec4med
• Generate new business and establish strong relationships with clients in the US region
• Research and identify potential customers in pharma, biotech, animal health, IVF, and healthcare logistics
• Build and maintain a qualified lead pipeline using CRM tools
• Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, phone) to generate meetings
• Conduct video meetings to engage prospects and provide demos
• Support market research and competitive analysis for the US market
• Represent the company at trade shows to increase visibility and generate leads
• Assist with product demos, presentations, and proposal preparation
• Follow up with prospects and manage customer communication
• Help prepare quotes and contracts
• Act as a first point of contact for inbound leads
• Maintain professional relationships with prospects and early customers
• Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and leadership teams
• Work closely with marketing, product, and technical teams
• Keep CRM data accurate and up to date
