About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide in-person, telephone, email, or online system support, offering clarification on enrollments, re-enrollments, student financing, school transportation passes, academic email, document issuance, payments, deadlines, and regulations.
  • Support the operational and administrative activities of the Student Service Center, ensuring the smooth operation of internal processes, efficient service delivery, and student satisfaction, as well as proposing continuous process improvements.
  • Handle protocol-related requests for the Student Services Area, such as CAF and document verification, when requested by supervision.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital files related to students' academic records.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Excel skills.
  • Customer service experience – a plus.
