About the role

  • Analyze, model, document, and propose improvements to organizational processes.
  • Perform end-to-end process mapping, analysis, and modeling using established methodologies and frameworks.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and meetings with stakeholders to gather information and understand the current state (As-Is).
  • Develop process documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and other artifacts necessary to define the future state (To-Be).
  • Identify risks, controls, operational gaps, and opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
  • Support transformation, review, and standardization initiatives aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
  • Contribute to defining performance indicators (KPIs) and process monitoring metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Risk Management, Internal Controls, Governance, Finance, Controllership and/or Auditing, or related areas.
  • Previous experience in process mapping, review, and analysis.
  • Experience with modeling tools (e.g., Bizagi, Signavio, ARIS, Miro, Visio).
  • Analytical ability, structured thinking, and skill in conducting interviews and workshops.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen, etc.).
  • Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with business areas and preparing documentation.
