About the role

  • Lead user and stakeholder research to understand needs, behaviors, and contexts
  • Conduct discovery and co-creation processes with cross-functional squads
  • Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys with a focus on usability and efficiency
  • Validate hypotheses through quantitative and qualitative testing and analysis
  • Translate data and insights into user-centered design decisions
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, and analysts to ensure deliveries aligned with strategy
  • Drive the continuous evolution of digital products, focusing on retention, engagement, and satisfaction

Requirements

  • Strong experience in UX design, working on complex, user-centered projects
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
  • Knowledge of research methods (interviews, usability testing, surveys, desk research)
  • Strong critical analysis skills and data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and the ability to facilitate strategic discussions
  • Hands-on, organized profile with strong critical thinking and results orientation
  • Experience working in agile environments
  • Knowledge and application of product metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT, conversion rate, retention, engagement)
