Technical Product Manager

• Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, story pointing, sprint reviews, and team retrospectives to foster a culture of continuous improvement with best Agile practices.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, develop comprehensive project plans, defining milestones, align timeline with customers, optimizing resource allocation, and identifying critical paths.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical or procedural dependencies and blockers to maintain delivery velocity.
• Identify opportunities for internal productivity improvements through tooling, standardizing processes, developing playbook and documentation, automating tests, deployment scripts, productizing custom development, etc.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the high safety and reliability standards required for heavy industry environments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations and providing transparent progress updates.
• Develop deep, trust-based relationships with client-side technical leads and plant managers.
• Align cross-functional teams to ensure a unified delivery approach.

Engineer

• Architect, implement, and tune advanced control strategies, such as Model Predictive Control (MPC), for pipeline systems
• Design state machines for operational mode management, construct fail-safe conditions and safety checks, and protective interlocks
• Outline and execute test plans to validate controller performance and safety requirements, perform root cause analyses (RCAs), and troubleshoot errors or undesired behaviours in simulation-based and production environments
• Create and help maintain tools for data analysis, system identification, empirical and physics-based model tuning
• Enable rapid integration and deployment of Crux products, by developing playbooks, standardizing processes and leveraging the latest engineering tools.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the high safety and reliability standards required for heavy industry environments.
• Develop deep, trust-based relationships with client-side operators and technical leads.
• Align cross-functional teams to ensure a unified delivery approach.
