• Build and maintain dynamic prospect lists through advanced data enrichment and segmentation strategies.
• Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and sequencing to maximize response rates and meeting conversions.
• Convert qualified leads into booked meetings that meet strict qualification criteria and advance to opportunity stage.
• Own follow-up for all marketing activities including webinars, events, and content campaigns to maximize lead conversion.
• Partner with commercial teams on personalized, timely, and relevant outreach strategies for high-value targets.
• Master and optimize our AI-enabled tech stack including CRM, prospecting platforms, and automation tools.
• Build scalable workflows and sequences that balance personalization with efficiency.
• Document winning playbooks and share insights across sales and growth teams.
• Design and launch experiments testing new channels, audiences, messaging, and tactics.
• Eagerly test and evaluate tools that will add value to our outbound tech stack.
• Analyze conversion metrics at every funnel stage to identify optimization opportunities.
• Present findings and recommendations to improve team-wide prospecting effectiveness.
