About the role

  • Drive aggressive growth strategy to rapidly scale our market-leading platform across all restaurant chain segments
  • Pioneer breakthrough features through bold experimentation and direct customer discovery in restaurant environments
  • Build personal relationships with customers to gain deep understanding of their Jobs to be Done, pain points and goals
  • Lead competitive innovation by identifying and capturing emerging market trends before competitors
  • Assist with the development and execution of the product vision and strategy
  • Define and analyze growth metrics to inform product success

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing B2B software products
  • Experience building and iterating products with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate customer problems to solve.
  • Systems thinking and analytical mindset to make decisions based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Experience using customer and product discovery frameworks such as, but not limited to: User Story Mapping, Customer Journey Mapping and Jobs to be Done.
  • Ability to engage directly in technical conversations and translate to a non-technical audience.
