About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing and driving the strategic vision and execution of the group fitness program.
- Collaborating with leadership, operational peers, and Group Fitness Coordinators.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive group fitness strategy.
- Building scalable systems and processes for group fitness training excellence.
- Serving as the leader of group fitness experience and innovation.
- Conducting assessments of group fitness programming.
- Overseeing the development and continuous improvement of group fitness programs.
- Collaborating with marketing to promote group fitness programs.
- Analyzing and reporting on key performance metrics related to participation and satisfaction.
- Developing and managing the group fitness budget.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years in group fitness or related industry
- Valid ACE, AFAA and NASM certification
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful group fitness strategies in a multi-location environment
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to drive business decisions
- Ability to travel frequently to support multiple locations
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving
- Passion for fitness and commitment to member experience
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
