About the role

  • Under the direction of the VP of Learning & Development, support the design, delivery, and evolution of L&D initiatives.
  • Manage the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) and third-party content libraries.
  • Enhance the digital learning experience by managing content, system functionality, data accuracy, and user engagement.
  • Collaborate with learning partners, HR, and stakeholders for onboarding, professional development, and compliance initiatives.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure learning is deployed for new hires and manage onboarding processes efficiently.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather technical content and refine training programs.
  • Prepare reports on training activities and work with the VP to analyze performance data for program improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field, or related/equivalent industry experience.
  • The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working in education, learning and development, or a related LMS administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency in eLearning Tools, LMS (preferably Docebo), and project management.
  • Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI tools, such as MS Copilot.
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools, such as Smartsheet, preferred.
  • Prior experience in the Employee Benefits Insurance industry preferred.
