About the role
- Identify, research, and pre-qualify prospective broker partners that align with Crumdale’s distribution model
- Educate prospective brokers on Crumdale’s solutions through initial outreach
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to support regional sales strategies and territory expansion
- Execute strategic outreach campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate consistent First-Time Appointments (FTAs)
- Partner with RSDs to build and refine outreach sequences within CRM
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date pipeline to support assigned RSD’s
- Support broader sales initiatives and special projects as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a business development, sales support, or inside sales role (insurance or healthcare experience preferred)
- Familiarity with the self-insured market or interest in learning about cost containment solutions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over phone, email, and video
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Coachable, collaborative, and excited to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms
