About the role
- Implement full cycle recruiting for non-exempt positions, primarily customer care and claims specialist roles.
- Serve as main point of contact for the HR and Business leaders as it relates to TA status.
- Ensure the current staffing needs of the Division are being met, and create and maintain a candidate pipeline for future needs.
- Assist in sourcing and interviewing for Summer Internships.
- Gain a strong knowledge and understanding of the relevant business lines and products, the markets they operate in, and their different needs and expectations.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, and provide substantive feedback/recommendations to hiring managers.
- Promote company’s culture and build trusted rapport with hiring managers, candidates and broader HR organization.
- Lead and/or participate in other TA related work as required (e.g., talent sourcing, ATS mining, scheduling).
- Lead and/or participate in other initiatives and projects in other areas of HR, e.g., employee engagement, talent development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate setting.
- Experience providing full-lifecycle recruitment for Non-Exempt, preferably Call Center type positions.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience with iCIMS ATS is a plus.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively balance conflicting priorities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong sense of urgency; thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- As a key member of the HR team, must have a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy.
- Excellent team player comfortable operating in a matrixed and decentralized organization.
- Proficiency in keeping up with industry trends and social media channels.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Creative and critical thinker.
- Occasional travel may be required.
