About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage national CFSL Sales team, drive and role model the A&H culture
- Develop and coordinate annual business plans for CFSL Sales regions
- Establish understanding of CFSL's ESL products and services
- Support sales team in strengthening C&F relationship with producers
- Coordinate with underwriting leadership to improve underperforming producers
- Ensure flow of communication and workflow alignment between teams
- Identify customer needs and design innovative solutions
- Create sales strategies to develop new production sources
- Coordinate C&F representation at industry events
- Lead CFSL sales team participation in meetings
- Ensure sales feedback and tools are current and complete
- Maintain awareness of market trends and emerging threats
- Participate in continued education
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced knowledge of Employer Stop Loss
- Strong knowledge of successful selling methods and techniques for A&H products
- Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Bachelor's degree from an Accredited institution required and advanced degree a plus
- 15+ years of related work experience in underwriting and/or sales
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Connexure a plus
- Travel required
