About the role
- Manage full life cycle recruitment for non-exempt talent, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and onboarding
- Serve as main point of contact for HR and Business leaders regarding talent acquisition status
- Ensure current staffing needs are met and create/maintain candidate pipeline for future needs
- Assist in sourcing and interviewing for Summer Internships
- Gain strong knowledge of business lines, products, markets, and hiring needs
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and provide substantive feedback/recommendations to hiring managers
- Promote company culture and build trusted rapport with hiring managers, candidates and broader HR organization
- Lead/participate in TA related work (talent sourcing, ATS mining, scheduling)
- Lead/participate in other HR initiatives and projects (employee engagement, talent development)
- Report to Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter in a corporate setting
- Experience providing full-lifecycle recruitment for Non-Exempt, preferably Call Center type positions
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Experience with iCIMS ATS is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Strong sense of urgency; thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- High degree of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy
- Excellent team player comfortable operating in a matrixed and decentralized organization
- Proficiency in keeping up with industry trends and social media channels
- Strong Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Creative and critical thinker
- Occasional travel may be required
- High preference is remote New Jersey; able to come to Morristown, NJ office for meetings
