About the role

  • Provide strategic internal communications execution support to C&F’s Corporate Functions and Business Divisions
  • Help develop and execute communication and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate on all project phases from brainstorming through execution
  • Execute communication and engagement strategies for the Marketing and Corporate Communications function
  • Help manage writing and/or editing for the Corporate Functions
  • Assist in creation of visual assets to support communications
  • Support internal employee events (virtual and onsite)
  • Help maintain a Corporate Functions communications calendar/tracker
  • Support division-wide internal communications strategy

Requirements

  • 5+ years of employee communications, public relations and/or marketing experience in a corporate setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communications, PR, Journalism, Business or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint/OneDrive
  • Track record in developing and implementing internal communication plans
  • Graphic design/visual fluency
  • Proficient in email management systems, Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Working knowledge of Workvivo, Cvent, Monday.com or similar project management platform
  • Insurance and/or financial industry knowledge a plus
