About the role

Independently review advertising materials, including websites, to ensure compliance with internal standards and state regulatory guidelines
Lead the advertising review coordination process
Analyze with the ability to identify problematic language in marketing/advertisements
Identify and apply guidelines to social media and other new marketing channels
Respond timely to customer requests
Draft and file policy forms reflecting underwriting intent
Develop issue instructions and translate approved filings into product fulfillment
Respond to routine compliance-related requests
Review and assess regulatory changes, including statutes, regulations, bulletins, and industry trends

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
5-7 or more years of equivalent work experience in the insurance industry
Demonstrated knowledge of insurance compliance laws and regulations
A&H Travel knowledge preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
