Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of two years’ experience working within a generalist HR position
Demonstrable exposure to a wide range of employee relations activities
Experience supporting recruitment activity
Administering employee benefits
Managing sickness absence processes
Liaising with occupational health
Strong communication skills
Ability to influence and coach managers effectively
CIPD qualified to level 5 or hold a bachelor’s degree in HR
