About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports the Head of HR in delivering consistent and compliant HR practices
- Deputises when required
- Responsibility for a broad range of operational HR activities
- Supports managers, maintaining accurate HR systems
- Ensures policies and procedures are applied fairly and consistently across the business
- Confident managing HR systems and payroll data
- Producing reports and maintaining accurate employee records
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of two years’ experience working within a generalist HR position
- Demonstrable exposure to a wide range of employee relations activities
- Experience supporting recruitment activity
- Administering employee benefits
- Managing sickness absence processes
- Liaising with occupational health
- Candidates must be CIPD qualified to level 5 or hold a bachelor’s degree in HR
