About the role
- Responsible for international credit management in a complex industrial environment
- Analysis and assessment of credit risks for new and existing customers worldwide
- Development and implementation of best-in-class processes in receivables management
- Collaboration with sales, accounting and external partners to ensure efficient cash flow
- Monitoring and reporting of KPIs to control credit risks and receivables balances
- Support for the introduction and optimization of digital tools and systems in credit management
- Execution of creditworthiness checks and determination of credit limits
- Escalation management for critical receivables and support with legal measures
Requirements
- Degree in business administration, finance or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in international credit management (preferably in an industrial company)
- Very good and confident communication in both German and English
- Confident use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar) and letters of credit
- Deep understanding of best-in-class receivables management processes
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Comfortable working with international customer structures and intercultural communication
