• Responsible for vocational training at the European headquarters and the German branch offices
• Supervision and support of apprentices, school students and FOS (vocational secondary school) interns from recruiting through to exit
• Advising trainers/mentors and managers on employment-law questions
• Further development of the training program and adaptation to current requirements
• Close and proactive collaboration with all relevant interfaces, particularly with those responsible for vocational training at the production site
• Participation in and ownership of cross-functional, strategic HR subprojects/projects
