About the role
- Responsibility for international credit management in a complex industrial environment
- Analysis and assessment of credit risks for new and existing customers worldwide
- Development and implementation of best-in-class processes in receivables management
- Collaboration with Sales, Accounting and external partners to ensure efficient cash flow
- Monitoring and reporting of KPIs to control credit risks and receivables balances
- Support for the introduction and optimization of digital tools and systems in Credit Management
- Conducting credit checks and setting credit limits
- Escalation management for critical receivables and support with legal measures
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance or a similar qualification
- Several years of professional experience in international Credit Management (ideally in an industrial company)
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Confident user of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle or similar) and familiar with letters of credit
- Deep understanding of best-in-class processes in receivables management
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
- Comfortable working with international customer structures and in intercultural communication
