About the role
- Play a key role in implementing strategic, innovative, and highly technical Salesforce solutions for clients
- Engage directly with prospects, customers, and team
- Define detailed requirements and design robust solutions that meet business objectives
- Manage technical scope, direction, and client expectations on multiple technical projects simultaneously
- Lead & execute delivery of custom solutions tailored to business needs
- Ownership of all technical aspects of a Force.com implementation including custom code, systems integrations, and 3rd party applications
- Develop integrations between applications and systems
- Assist in sales discovery meetings, solutioning, and estimating for development of SoWs
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce experience with the last 2+ years as a Technical Architect
- Consulting experience in a client-facing role
- Expert-level understanding of the Force.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Heroku)
- Preference for candidates with experience with Data Cloud and Agentforce
- Salesforce Developer and Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect strongly preferred) or equivalent experience
- Passion for solving complex business challenges with custom, scalable technology solutions
- Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience leading a development team, ensuring best practices in development and integration are adhered to
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
