Support the configuration, customization, and administration of ServiceNow applications across multiple modules
Collaborate with senior consultants and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation steps in a clear and reusable way
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow-related issues

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)
0–2 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation and customization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of ServiceNow platform concepts and capabilities
Familiarity with JavaScript, web technologies, or REST APIs a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
