Requirements
- 10+ years in the Microsoft stack
- Deep delivery leadership in D365 Biz Apps (FO/AX and CRM/CE)
- Hands-on experience across Power Platform and Azure
- Strong architecture/solutioning skills
- Proven track record of continuous learning and adapting to rapidly evolving technologies
- Proven record leading offshore/nearshore teams to own complex workstreams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
