About the role

  • Drive operational excellence across the Digital Forensics & Discovery / Cyber Incident Response practice.
  • Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, managed, and executed to quality standards.
  • Partner closely with leadership to manage capacity and optimize resource utilization.
  • Monitor team capacity and ensure balanced workloads.
  • Track active engagements to ensure milestones are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Facilitate weekly leadership meetings to track priorities and execution progress.
  • Partner with billing team to ensure timely billing and resolve blockers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing project workflows, staffing models, and resource capacity in a professional services-based organization.
  • Working knowledge and experience within digital forensics, cybersecurity, or eDiscovery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
  • Experience working with project management systems (e.g., ClickUp or similar tools).
  • Experience coordinating with billing teams and managing engagement lifecycle processes.
