Drive operational excellence across the Digital Forensics & Discovery / Cyber Incident Response practice.
Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, managed, and executed to quality standards.
Partner closely with leadership to manage capacity and optimize resource utilization.
Monitor team capacity and ensure balanced workloads.
Track active engagements to ensure milestones are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
Facilitate weekly leadership meetings to track priorities and execution progress.
Partner with billing team to ensure timely billing and resolve blockers.

Requirements

3+ years of experience managing project workflows, staffing models, and resource capacity in a professional services-based organization.
Working knowledge and experience within digital forensics, cybersecurity, or eDiscovery.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
Experience working with project management systems (e.g., ClickUp or similar tools).
Experience coordinating with billing teams and managing engagement lifecycle processes.
