About the role
- Drive operational excellence across the Digital Forensics & Discovery / Cyber Incident Response practice.
- Ensure projects are appropriately staffed, managed, and executed to quality standards.
- Partner closely with leadership to manage capacity and optimize resource utilization.
- Monitor team capacity and ensure balanced workloads.
- Track active engagements to ensure milestones are met and deliverables meet quality standards.
- Facilitate weekly leadership meetings to track priorities and execution progress.
- Partner with billing team to ensure timely billing and resolve blockers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing project workflows, staffing models, and resource capacity in a professional services-based organization.
- Working knowledge and experience within digital forensics, cybersecurity, or eDiscovery.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, or related field.
- Experience working with project management systems (e.g., ClickUp or similar tools).
- Experience coordinating with billing teams and managing engagement lifecycle processes.
