About the role

  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers focused on building the services, tooling, and infrastructure that enable ML lifecycle management — from data ingestion and feature engineering to model deployment and monitoring.
  • Define and execute the vision for scalable ML infrastructure that empowers data scientists and engineers to rapidly prototype, train, and deploy models in production.
  • Partner with Data Science, Product, and Cloud Engineering to ensure seamless integration between data pipelines, ML models, and production systems.
  • Design and implement core components of the Falcon AI and ML ecosystems, ensuring the platforms are secure, performant, and extensible for evolving AI workloads.
  • Establish engineering excellence through code reviews, design reviews, and continuous improvement of deployment and observability practices.
  • Build systems that ingest, process, and analyze billions of events daily with high reliability, leveraging distributed computing, container orchestration, and modern cloud technologies.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, provide coaching and feedback, and serve as the primary advocate for your team within the broader Data Science organization.
  • Monitor industry trends in ML infrastructure, MLOps, and AI platform engineering to ensure CrowdStrike remains at the forefront of data-driven security.
