Drive coordination of campaign components across product marketing, digital, email, social media, and field marketing to ensure consistent messaging and impactful execution.
Data-driven marketing strategies tailored to scaling a high-growth product in a mature market, with a focus on differentiation, competitive positioning, and market penetration.
Serve as a central point of contact, working closely with Product Marketing, Regional Campaign Teams, Field Marketing, Growth & Digital Marketing, Brand, and other cross-functional teams to align on objectives and campaign deliverables.
Act as a key contributor to ensure campaigns align with company goals and regional market needs.
Manage the end-to-end creation of bill of materials needed for creation and deployment of campaign assets, such as email sequences, webinars, ebooks, analyst reports, and more.
Maintain a central content calendar, ensuring alignment with global and regional campaign milestones.
Work with regional growth marketing teams to understand campaign channel performance across Tableau, 6sense, Marketo.
Partner with growth and digital leads to run strategic testing initiatives to improve engagement and conversion rates across channels.
Own central marketing initiatives that support the Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, including creating and maintaining email sequences, call scripts, and other enablement materials.
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure alignment and provide tools to drive pipeline generation and conversions.
Requirements
12 years of experience in campaign management, digital marketing, or related fields, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity industry.
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-channel campaigns with strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to leverage AI in daily work, including using GenAI and building AI agents to assist with campaign planning, content and messaging, and execution.
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
Familiarity with the following tools is strongly preferred: Marketing Automation: Marketo or similar platform
Project Management tooling
CRM Systems: Salesforce or equivalent
Analytics Tools: 6sense, Tableau, or similar platforms
