About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Contribute to delivery of large and complex strategic advisory service engagements
  • Engage with management-level individuals across a wide range of industry segments
  • Assess and develop cybersecurity and incident response programs proactively
  • Help organizations mature their security posture before an incident
  • Develop scenarios for customers to exercise their response capabilities
  • Produce and ensure delivery of written and verbal reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings to customer management
  • Identify and address emerging cybersecurity trends using government and private-sector perspectives
  • Contribute thought leadership and experiences to internal programs and teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2-6 years of experience in one or more of IT / Security Management Consulting, Security Program Development, Security Analysis / Operations, Business Strategy / Risk Analysis, Cybersecurity Policy, or Public / Government Affairs
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills in fast-paced professional environments
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with a wide range of customers and team members
  • Ability to complete complex tasks involving strategic analysis and development without supervision
  • Desire to grow and expand cyber aptitude, technical awareness, and soft skills
  • Strong time management skills, including managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to travel to engage with clients, up to 30% of the time, often on less than three weeks’ notice
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes
  • Bachelor's degree in a listed or related discipline for candidates from an academic background; applicants without a degree but with relevant military or work experience and/or training will be considered
  • Advanced degrees are not required
  • Must periodically undergo and pass alcohol and/or drug tests during employment
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States, as indicated by participation in E-Verify and Right to Work notices
