About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions for MacOS applications using modern DevOps toolchains
Create MacOS application self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space to reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles
Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for owned services
Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization
Design, build, and optimize CI/CD workflows that power software delivery for millions of customers worldwide

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be a U.S. Citizen or US Permanent Resident
Experience administering and troubleshooting MacOS-based hosts and CI/CD dependencies, including Swift, Xcode, and MacOS native package management
Strong coding abilities using an OOP language such as Python, Java, Groovy, or Go
8–12 years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on software development
Hands-on enterprise experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms
Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns
SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies, including Bitbucket or GitLab
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
Excellent communication skills for working across global, distributed teams
Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
Self-motivated to stay current with evolving technologies and industry best practices
Attention to detail with emphasis on documentation, testing, and maintainable solutions
Bonus: Configuration management experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt
Bonus: Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Logscale
