About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code solutions for MacOS applications using modern DevOps toolchains
- Create MacOS application self-service tools and frameworks within the CI/CD space to reduce developer toil and accelerate delivery cycles
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and automated remediation for owned services
- Partner with engineering teams to establish best practices and provide technical guidance through pipeline creation and optimization
- Design, build, and optimize CI/CD workflows that power software delivery for millions of customers worldwide
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a U.S. Citizen or US Permanent Resident
- Experience administering and troubleshooting MacOS-based hosts and CI/CD dependencies, including Swift, Xcode, and MacOS native package management
- Strong coding abilities using an OOP language such as Python, Java, Groovy, or Go
- 8–12 years of DevOps experience with a strong focus on software development
- Hands-on enterprise experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms
- Production experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Working knowledge of AWS, GCP, or Azure services and architecture patterns
- SCM experience including advanced Git workflows and branching strategies, including Bitbucket or GitLab
- Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication skills for working across global, distributed teams
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting capabilities
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure development practices
- Self-motivated to stay current with evolving technologies and industry best practices
- Attention to detail with emphasis on documentation, testing, and maintainable solutions
- Bonus: Configuration management experience with Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Salt
- Bonus: Monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Logscale
- Bonus: Experience with GitOps methodologies such as ArgoCD or Flux
