About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide graphics support to content authors and the Editorial team, ensuring consistency and quality across product types
Create and format graphical content within finished Intelligence products, including charts, graphs, and timelines
Assist in year-end updates for CAO product templates, including graphics, fonts, and color palettes
Support development of internal process and graphical content documentation for finished Intelligence products
Work closely with management to understand format, structure, and overall look and feel needs
Help ensure visual quality and consistency of intelligence reports on the evolving cyber threat landscape

Requirements

What you’ll need

Able to work quickly under tight deadlines; ability to work non-standard hours on occasion is a plus
Clearly communicate complex technical concepts for a broad reader base
Shift quickly between tasks to respond to high-priority assignments
Multi-task, prioritize workload, and maintain organization
Create and use templates in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drawings
Willingness to collaborate and communicate with all stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in visual design, or equivalent
Proficiency in GSuite, Adobe Creative Suite, and other graphic design software
A portfolio website showcasing your body of work
Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes
1 to 3 years of visual design experience
Experience with data visualization is a plus
Basic understanding of the information security industry is a plus
Previous experience working with technical, computer science, or cybersecurity organizations is a plus
