About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the Platform Vision: Drive the strategy, roadmap, and requirements for the GenAI platform, balancing platform capabilities, scalability, cost, and performance.
  • Create Exceptional Developer Experiences: Define the ideal 'GenAI Developer Experience' to ensure that engineers and data scientists can seamlessly leverage our AI frameworks and services.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Delivery: Work closely with multiple internal stakeholders—including engineering, data science, and business units—to deeply understand their use cases and translate them into actionable product features.
  • Be the Voice of the User: Provide a clear business perspective on value during day-to-day development cycles, ensuring that our AI capabilities directly solve real security use cases.
  • Champion Adoption: Work closely with internal teams to drive the usage of GenAI services across the organization.
  • Be a Visible Expert: Serve as the product expert, sharing best practices, conducting product demos, and evangelizing the power of GenAI within the Falcon ecosystem.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years experience as a Product Manager
  • A deep understanding of the current AI landscape, including LLMs, agentic workflows, open-weight models, and evaluations
  • Demonstrated experience working with developer tools, platforms, and APIs; a strong understanding of the 'developer-as-a-customer' mindset
  • Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
  • Background in cybersecurity
  • Proven ability to execute to plan and get things done
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively with both local and remote teams
  • This position requires up to 20% travel to customer and CrowdStrike locations worldwide
