About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6–8 Corporate Account Executives.
- Drive pipeline growth and help the team achieve revenue goals.
- Provide deal support, sales coaching, and performance management.
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue.
- Partner with internal teams to improve sales execution and close rates.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
- Meet with customers and prospects to understand their cybersecurity needs and demonstrate CrowdStrike’s value.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in technology, preferably SaaS or cybersecurity.
- 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Experience coaching sales teams and driving performance.
- Salesforce experience and forecasting skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and hiring experience.
- Channel sales experience preferred.
