About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the Mac Sensor engineering team within the Endpoint Security product group
Define and deliver on the product roadmap
Coordinate and collaborate with product groups on Mac sensor related architecture, releases, support, and development best practices
Design, enhance, and build customer-facing features within the CrowdStrike Falcon product line
Provide thought leadership on Mac sensor related architecture and development best practices
Monitor execution and quality of team projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience managing and scaling product engineering teams
5+ years of prior experience in software development
Experience working with cross-functional teams to ship major features and releases
Computer science degree or commensurate experience developing system software on mac OS with C++, Swift
Knowledge of low-level macOS internals
Some relevant experience with debugging memory corruptions, process contentions, and/or system performance
Solid understanding of software development best practices from appropriate testing paradigms to effective peer code reviews and resilient architectures
Able to communicate effectively across functions and throughout the organization
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, test-driven, collaborative, and iterative product development environment
Passionate about solving problems and delivering product features to customers.
