About the role
- Perform a hybrid role combining aspects of Software Engineering, DevOps Engineering and Automation to build tools, integrations and infrastructure
- Build Customer Success workflows, applications and infrastructure within CrowdStrike’s Falcon platform and its ecosystem
- RoadMap planning: meet and interview internal customers to identify manual tasks that are currently taking significant time and effort
- Work on automation platform to improve efficiency of resolving customer reported tickets caused by known-issues
- Work on automation platform for auto-generating presentation decks from pre-defined templates
- Extend functionality of Automation and Integration projects by contributing Python functions that help deliver product capabilities
- Extend automation of functional test coverage
- Collaborate with Customer Success business teams (Technical Support, Technical Account Management and Provisioning) to enable scaled support and self-service capabilities
Requirements
- Graduating in 2028 with a Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Golang, Python, and basic UI development with ability to integrate an existing UI/UX framework (any frontend stack)
- Strong problem-solving, team collaboration, effective communication and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Interest in cybersecurity and an eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects
- Motivated self-starter, committed to ongoing self-education, possess strong customer service skills and excellent technical problem-solving skills
- Time commitment: Part-time, 10-20 hours/week
- This role is fully remote and requires no travel
- Bonus Points: Knowledge in infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and tools
- Bonus Points: Knowledge in Kubernetes deployments in AWS (EKS or self-managed clusters) and cloud infrastructure components (VPCs, IAM, EC2, RDS, etc.)
- Bonus Points: Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration
- Bonus Points: Working with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, Bitbucket or similar CICD platforms)
